Our tranquil backyard has lush grass, over a dozen trees and beautiful mountain views. There are several cozy outdoor seating and dining areas. There are two fire pits, one large raised brick fire pit and a stone gas fire pit table under a covered pergola.

Our home and neighborhood are frequently filmed with access to plenty of parking for production trucks and trailers along the side of our home on Canoga Ave.

We have hosted several movies, commercials, music videos, docuseries, photoshoots and a Walmart Live Streaming Shopping video.

Our large driveway holds up to 7 cars with a 3 car attached garage that has direct access to inside of our house. The garage has plenty of space to leave production gear overnight for multi-day filming and a large butler?s pantry, microwave and large refrigerator for craft services.

We have 2 side gates, one very wide, for easy access to the backyard.

Our single level home is at the end of a tree lined cul-de-sac with a breezeway. Spacious bright and open floor plan has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an office. Both the master bedroom and family room have sliding glass doors that open up to the backyard.

The formal entry opens up to the living room with vaulted ceiling, fireplace and large picture window. The formal dining room also has a large picture window and plenty of seating. Two large bathrooms, one inside the master bedroom, both with double sinks, natural light and lots of counter space.

Our bright and open kitchen has a large peninsula with plenty of counter space, beautiful quartz countertops and opens up to the family room. The family room has a high wood beam cathedral ceiling, a gas fireplace and an abundance of natural lighting.

We have production friendly, wood-like tile flooring throughout the home.

Our home is close to the 118 freeway near Stoney Point Park in the northwest San Fernando Valley. The peaceful equestrian neighborhood feels like you're in the countryside.
