Description: The Topanga Community Club, is a non-profit organization that works with the community to provide a meeting place for many organizations and locations for filming. Since 1951 the House and grounds have continued to be a place for people to celebrate special events and industry filming. We also can accommodate parking for other Topanga filming locations of approx 200 cars.

The TCC is a beautiful community built building with exposed bricks and wood beams. On the grounds is a playground, a sports field and many other nooks and crannies that people have loved to film at over the years. We can accommodate 200 plus cars, which is hard to find in Topanga. Whether you are shooting on our grounds or not, the TCC makes a terrific base camp.

Renting always involves communicating with the Rental Coordinator and a signed contract. If your rental is approved then the signed contract and a 50% deposit will confirm your date. If you wish to visit the Community House, please contact the Rental Coordinator to schedule an appointment. Please do not visit without an appointment as the premises may be in use.
